The location of the chalet is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions. The overall comfort of the chalet was satisfactory, making it a pleasant stay. Furthermore, the availability of a mirror in the shared bathroom was a thoughtful touch, allowing guests to easily take care of personal grooming.
It was inconvenient that there were no mirrors upstairs and the ones downstairs were placed too high. Guests had to purchase their own mirror to meet their grooming needs.

Comfortable chalet with all bedrooms upstairs, though bathroom and toilet facilities are downstairs. Not ideal for those needing frequent trips during the night.

the chalet provided a cozy atmosphere and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. the onsite entertainment was a great bonus and kept us entertained throughout our visit.
It was a bit inconvenient that the only bathroom and toilet facilities in the chalet were located downstairs. This posed a challenge, especially for those who needed to use them during the night.

I really liked the cozy and comfortable decoration of the chalet. The soft colors and charming details made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were easily accessible for senior people like myself, with no stairs to climb or long distances to walk.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more accessible bathroom facilities. It would be great if there was a toilet upstairs, so we wouldn't have to go down the stairs during the night.

Bermuda Haven 124 is my go-to place in Great Yarmouth. I keep returning because it's perfect. Friendly staff, beach access, and free parking. The chalet has everything I need, plus they once returned my forgotten shower bag. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!
